The cases we take.

Personal injury work, focused on the cases where our experience matters most. If you have been hurt and someone else's negligence caused it, we should talk.

Vehicle

Car & Truck Accidents

Dixie Highway and Preston Highway are among the most dangerous roads in Jefferson County. We know the crash patterns, the carriers, and the insurance defense playbook.

  • Rear-end collisions
  • Distracted driving
  • Drunk driving
  • Commercial trucking
  • Hit-and-run
Two-Wheel

Motorcycle, Bicycle & Pedestrian

Riders and walkers face a stacked deck: visibility bias, blame-the-victim defenses, and insurance companies that count on you not knowing your rights.

  • Motorcycle accidents
  • Bicycle accidents
  • Pedestrian injuries
  • ATV accidents
  • Bus & rideshare
Workplace

Workers' Compensation

Kentucky workers' comp is a maze of deadlines, forms, and IMEs designed to wear claimants down. We handle the maze so you can focus on healing.

  • Initial claims
  • Denied benefits
  • Permanent impairment
  • Third-party liability
Property

Premises Liability & Slip-and-Fall

Property owners owe a duty of care to invitees. When that duty is breached and someone gets hurt, the law recognizes the harm. We prove the breach.

Severe

Brain & Catastrophic Injury

Traumatic brain injuries change a life — and the lives of everyone around the injured person. These cases require medical specialists, life-care planners, and trial-ready counsel.

Medical & Care

Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Abuse

Delayed diagnoses, surgical errors, neglect of vulnerable residents. Both areas require expert testimony and a willingness to take cases to trial.

Loss

Wrongful Death

When negligence kills, Kentucky law gives the surviving family the right to sue. We have handled fatal-collision and medical-error wrongful-death cases that resulted in seven-figure recoveries.

Other Negligence

Negligence comes in many forms. If you have been hurt and you are not sure whether it is a personal injury case, call us. The consultation is free, and we will give you a straight answer.

What happens after you call.

Four steps from the first phone call to the resolution of your case. No two cases follow exactly the same path, but the framework is consistent.

01

Initial call

A 20–30 minute conversation with an attorney. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether we think your case has merit. No obligation.

02

Investigation

We obtain the police report, medical records, witness statements, scene photographs, ECM data on commercial vehicles, and any other documentation the case requires.

03

Demand & negotiation

Once your medical treatment stabilizes, we prepare a demand to the insurance carrier. Most cases settle here. The ones that do not, we file.

04

Litigation, if needed

Depositions, motions, mediation, and — when the offer is not fair — trial. We tell you the realistic timeline at every step. Twelve to eighteen months is typical.

Why we don't take every case.

Many Louisville personal-injury firms operate on volume: advertise everywhere, accept everything, settle quickly. The math works at scale, even when individual clients are underserved.

We do not work that way. We accept cases we believe in and work them to the standard those clients deserve. That choice means we sometimes turn down work other firms would happily accept — and it means the clients we do accept get the firm's full attention.

This is not a marketing position. It is an operating constraint, and it is the reason we exist.

Time matters · Kentucky statute of limitations is short

Hurt? Don't wait to call.

Evidence disappears. Witnesses move on. Insurance companies build their case immediately. The longer you wait to involve counsel, the harder your case becomes.
